CX-034715: Deferred Screen Maintenance at Multiple Locations along the Umatilla and Walla Walla Rivers

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) to address non-recurring maintenance needs to maintain fish screen facilities along the Umatilla and Walla Walla rivers.
