This is a targeted, reliability and resiliency improvement driven project at the Leesburg Electric North Substation for the replacement of an out of service Substation Transformer. This project is to replace a 1957, 33 MVA transform that is currently out of service due to the load tap changer not functioning and we are unable to find parts to repair companies that have any experience working on transformer of that vintage.
