CEAG and SCOP - A Partnership for Project Excellence

The Cost Estimating Analysis Group (CEAG), as the parent organization, collaborates with The Office of Policy and Requirements, NA-181 to cultivate and promote SCOP.  The CEAG and SCOP partnership offers valuable insights from the Project Controls community into CEAG operations. The Cost Estimating Community of Practice (CECOP) Symposium Planning Committee, in partnership with SCOP leadership, integrates SCOP presentations into the annual CECOP Symposium, providing a platform for learning.
