As part of this Umbrella statement of work (SOW), Idaho National Laboratory (INL) and the contractor will build out a large scale, cyber-physical test bed for the purpose of: Demonstrating cyber-physical vulnerabilities in municipal water systems, and Testing processes and methods for increasing the resilience of water systems to cyber intrusions.
