Storm water from the parking lot east of IF-605 and south of IF-601 currently has no collection point and therefore leaves the IRC campus and flows to the property to the south of IRC. This has created some flooding issues in the past. In order to prevent future flooding issues, a collection pond and curbing will be installed to gather any runoff from these parking areas.
