Elba Liquefaction Optimization Project; Chatham County, Georgia

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), with DOE as a cooperating agency, issued an EA for the Elba Liquefaction Optimization Project (DOE/EA-2293), which assesses the potential environmental effects of modifying certain Movable Modular Liquefaction System (MMLS) Dehydration and Heavies Removal units within the existing Elba Island liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Chatham County, Georgia.
