September 5, 2024Funding will support the project's research, development, and scaling the pilot production of a 3-D ceramic solid-state lithium-metal battery technology with the highest lithium cycling rate for solid state technology, at 10 milliampere per square centimeter at room temperature (22 degrees C) without compression for use in consumer electronics, defense applications, and electric vehicles.
