Emily Rossi served as Senior Advisor and Assistant Director of Digital Strategy in the Office of Public Affairs from 2022–2025. In that role, she spearheaded special projects — such as the 2024 redesign of energy.gov and agency-wide rebrand — and oversaw innovative digital outreach campaigns. She also managed a talented team of public affairs professionals who worked every day to help the public understand the Department’s work and access critical resources, news, and services. Prior to joining the Department, Emily spent more than six years on Capitol Hill where she was recognized repeatedly for her work in digital communications. Additionally, Emily had also provided communication strategy services to organizations in the public and private sectors.
