Security Activity Closeout Certificate (SACC)

A Security Activity Closeout Certificate (SACC) must be completed by the Headquarters Security Officer (HSO) in conjunction with the termination of transfer of Facility Clearances and Classified Contracts for the prime contract and each of its subcontractors registered in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Safeguards and Security Information Management System (SSIMS).  The HSO must obtain the contractor Facility Security Officer (FSO) signature for completion of the SACC.
