This U.S. Offshore Wind Synthesis of Environmental Effects Research (SEER) effort is led by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) with support from the U.S. Department of Energy's Wind Energy Technologies Office.
