This memorandum details the Grantee submission, assessment criteria, and approval process for DOE to release the remaining 50% of obligated IIJA funds.

BIL 50% Budget Modification Program Assessment - This is the program assessment that will be used by Project Officers to assess if Grantees have met the milestones required for the remaining 50% of IIJA funding and document if updates were made to the IIJA Plan in PAGE.
