Join us for a free webinar where we will be sharing key information from a new report entitled “Laws in Order: An Inventory of State Renewable Energy Siting Policies.” This report is the result of a significant collaborative effort between the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, and a research team that included the Regulatory Assistance Project, Clean Air Task Force, and the Consensus Building Institute. The report provides a new inventory of state renewable energy siting policies, permitting authorities, and an accompanying interactive map that profiles all 50 states plus Puerto Rico.
