Medical devices are considered electronic equipment and must be inspected prior to bringing these items into a Limited Area (LA), Vault-Type-Room (VTR), or a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Personnel working in TSCM areas who have a medical device must submit the 900-3 OTS WS – Medical Device Review Worksheet below through their TSCMO or HSO for inspection.
