Los Alamos County Waterline and San Ildefonso Pueblo Fiber Optic Cable Floodplain Statement of Findings

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), a semi-autonomous agency within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has issued this Statement of Findings based on the Floodplain Assessment for the proposed actions at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). The proposed projects are for the construction and operation of a new water supply line within the right-of-way of New Mexico State Highway 4 (NM 4) by Los Alamos County’s Department of Public Utilities (LACDPU) and the installation of a fiber optic conduit and cable within the right-of-way of NM 4 and NM Highway 502 (NM 502) by Pueblo de San Ildefonso (Pueblo).
