The Department of Energy (DOE) Order 231.1B, Environment, Safety, and Health Reporting, requires organizations responsible for maintaining property under the stewardship of DOE to enter reportable fire and fire protection-related incidents into the DOE Fire Protection Reporting System (FPRS).
