Conduct lighting retrofits in city buildings (City Hall, Council Chambers, Community Center/Senior Center, and Rose Center) which includes replacing some existing fluorescent fixtures with T8 lamps and low-watt electronic ballasts, replacing some 1st generation T8 fluorescent fixtures with T8 lamps and low-watt electronic ballasts, replacing some incandescent fixtures with compact fluorescent lamps or new PL-lamp fixtures, and adding occupancy sensor controls and daylight controls to interior lighting fixtures in some of the facilities.
