Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) announced a public scoping period for Moose Creek Wind Farm Project (DOE/EA-2239), which proposed to construct an approximately 100-megawatt (MW) wind energy generating facility that includes approximately 30 to 45 turbines and associated pads.
