Pursuant to Section 202(e) of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”) (16 U.S.C. § 824a(e)) and 10 C.F.R. § 205.300, et seq Elektron Power LLC (“Elektron” or “Applicant”) hereby submits this Application for authorization to export electricity from the United States to Mexico for a period of five years (or such longer period as may be permitted by the Department of Energy).
