Rescission of Electricity Export Authorization to Canada, received 01/23/2023.
Please be advised that Bruce Power Inc. hereby voluntarily wishes to terminate its existing Order No. EA-349-A, order authorizing electricity exports to Canada, issued on April 22, 2009, and requests that the Department of Energy rescind Order No. EA-349-A effective as of April 30, 2023.
Bruce Power Inc. undertakes not to export electricity from the United States to Canada after the effective date noted above.
