
Tracy Ribeiro is the Environment, Safety and Health, and Quality Assurance (ESH&Q) team supervisor.
Ribeiro joined LM in 2007, as a site manager, responsible for more than six Uranium Mill Tailings Radiation Control Act sites, including one on the Navajo Nation. In 2010, she became the LM Environmental Management System program manager. EMS provides the foundational support for environmental compliance and protection, and sustainability activities. Under her lead, LM successfully passed multiple audits, won multiple awards, and continually improved its EMS. In 2021, she became the ESH&Q group supervisor.
Prior to joining DOE, Ribeiro was a nuclear engineer for the Department of the Navy and served as a project manager in the private sector. She has more than three decades of experience in environmental sciences and engineering.
Ribeiro holds a master's degree in engineering management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Akron in Ohio.
