The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Purdue University to model, design, develop, fabricate, and test a membrane-based drying cycle for convective drying applications. The project would be completed over three Budget Periods (BPs) with a Go/No-Go decision point between each BP. This NEPA determination is applicable to all three BPs.
