BPA proposes to replace an undersized 36-foot-long culvert with a larger 72-inch-diameter by 75-foot-long culvert, and install adjacent stabilizing rip rap in an unnamed tributary to Quilcene Bay. Road improvements, including light blading, placement of rock, and compaction, would also be required to allow for equipment to be able to access the work area.
