The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to provide funding for the City of Salem to implement terrestrial vegetation management activities on 48 acres to increase native plant cover at Minto-Brown Island Park, which is a 1,205-acre natural area located in the middle reach of the Willamette River, adjacent to downtown Salem between river miles 87-85.
