Humor can provide valuable advantages to a person, a team, and an organization when employed appropriately, and attendees will explore the theories and benefits of using humor. Attendees will also learn about humor’s role in a workplace setting before getting a deeper dive into the various humor styles and their impact on work relationships.
This research-based presentation will highlight the ways in which humor may be used to promote creativity and enhance conflict resolution skills. Seriously!
