BPA proposes to fund the US Forest Service, Wallowa Whiteman National Forest (WWNF), La Grande Ranger District (District) to conduct aquatic habitat restoration activities along the Upper Grande Ronde River, Limber Jim Creek and Chicken Creek located approximately 20 miles southwest of La Grande in Union County, Oregon.
