Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette will travel to Fayetteville, North Carolina to tour Fort Bragg and meet with Duke Energy line-workers.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Tomorrow, August 18, 2020, U.S. Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette will travel to Fayetteville, North Carolina to tour Fort Bragg and meet with Duke Energy line-workers. At Fort Bragg, he will discuss energy issues facing our military and how DOE is working to ensure reliable and resilient electricity for the U.S. military.

Secretary Brouillette will then meet with Duke Energy officials and line-workers at the Fayetteville Technical Community College. He will provide remarks on the importance of energy affordability and reliability, as well as receive a briefing on line-worker training and hurricane restoration efforts.
