McQuay Chiller #1 is an air-cooled unit which requires periodic coil cleaning. The Site Stormwater SME has received approval from SCDHEC for release of certain cleaning chemicals from periodic maintenance on the Site units. This EEC covers a 3-year period. The cleaning can be completed by either vendor or Site personnel. Revision 1 adds the other HVAC equipment located on the roof near Chiller #1.
