This work supports HB area by including, dissolution, separation/purification of Pu/Np solutions which may contain Pu, U, Fe, etc., via ion exchange, oxalate precipitation and calcination of the PuO2 oxalate to oxide. Additionally, solution spectroscopy and solvent extraction may be performed.
