The environmental chamber in Building 723-A is used for function testing as requested and for unloading as requested by Savannah River Tritium Enterprise. The unique characteristics afforded by the environmental chamber allows for proper and safe removal of gas from highly pressurized bottles to position them in a safer state and to measure desired values as gas transfer occurs.
