Tile in Building 711-9N has become worn and needs to be removed. This Environmental Evaluation Checklist will cover the scope to remove floor tiles in Offices 1, 2, and adjoining walkway at Building 711-9N. Tile tested positive for asbestos. An asbestos work permit will be used to complete this scope.
