The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) for the assessment, testing, and development of Wi-Fi Location Based Services (LBS) systems for occupancy presence sensing and counting. Project activities would be performed in the offices of CEE and their sub-recipients as well as three field locations.
