The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to the University of Wisconsin (UW) to develop and test bioblendstocks for diesel fuel, and to conduct technoeconomic analysis regarding those bioblendstocks. The project would be completed over three Budget Periods (BPs), with a Go/No-Go Decision Point in between each BP. Each BP would include four tasks.
