The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the State of Oklahoma -Department of Commerce to replace existing pumps, motors, and electrical controls and with more energy efficiency equipment. Currently, the plant has been operating below capacity which creates a challenge to balance the amount of dissolved oxygen in the aeration basins. The project would occur in the Pump House and Blower Building at the Stilwell Wastewater Facility in Stillwell, OK.
