The goal of the Catalyst Research and Development is to create innovative materials and intellectual property. This project seeks to develop a high performance catalyst with significantly improved activity. Improved catalyst will be prepared by several different techniques including (1) impregnation, (2) vapor deposition, and (3) ion-exchange. The goal is development of a catalyst with 10x performance, if not 100x, comparing to the current technology on energy and material conversion.
