The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the North Dakota Department of Commerce to replace 534 fluorescent and high wattage interior lighting fixtures with high efficiency LED light fixtures. The lighting project would occur at Rough Rider Industry buildings “A”, “B” and “C” and the Power Plant Building located at the North Dakota State Penitentiary in Bismarck, ND.
