This EPA guide contains instructions for online EIS filing using EPA's e-NEPA system. Using e-NEPA for filing does not affect an agency’s responsibility for public distribution of an EIS, which should be completed prior to filing.
EISs submitted by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday will be included in EPA’s Federal Register Notice of Availability for that week, normally published on Friday.
