This EEC will be used for paint disturbance and/or removal activities in Spent Fuel Project (SFP) facilities, namely those facilities within C and L Areas. In part this may involve preparation of surfaces for paint or other coatings to be applied. Each activity that involves (or potentially involves) paint removal/disturbance activities where the paint could contain PCB and/or Resource Conservation and Recovery Act constituents will be reviewed to ensure that appropriate waste management and permitting processes are invoked.
