WRPS will perform all activities in accordance with the categorical exclusion (CX) limitations set forth in 10 CFR 1021, Appendices A and B to Subpart D, and CX B1.23. WRPS' facilities include all those identified in the Tank Operations Contract Sections J.13 and J.14.
