The purpose of the proposed activity is to remove the KAC retention basin (cover & liner systems) from service in order to eliminate unnecessary maintenance & operational costs. The scope of the proposed activity includes cutting holes in the basin cover/liner to facilitate rain water drainage and placing in safe energy state by isolating electrical power to the basin. Entry to the basin will be controlled.
