Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision required to replace the Bayou Choctaw Building 401 Air Handling Unit (AHU-3) and its associated air cooled condensing unit at the Bayou Choctaw Strategic Petroleum Reserve site for the existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) unit.
