Addition of Pump, Piping and Ion Exchange (IX) Column in Effluent Treatment Project (ETP) Waste Water Collection Tank (WWCT) Dike (including direct transfer path to ETP Waste Evaporator System). Install two IX vessels inside the WWCT Dike. Install a pump and piping that will allow recirculation through or bypassing the IX columns. Because the resin will have to be regenerated after loading, a new transfer line to the evaporator feed tanks will be configured with the new piping (using the new pump).
