Mixed Oxide Services proposes the construction of approximately 37 parking spaces immediately south of the existing 251-4F electrical substation. The existing asphalt will be resurfaced with approximately one inch of asphalt. The existing unenergized power pole, sign for the 251-4F substation, and bollards will be removed by cutting them flush with the existing asphalt surface prior to resurfacing.
