DOE is proposing to provide $105,000 in Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funding to the City of Montrose to install a 150 kilowatt, ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) array at an existing, City-owned communication site located on Sunset Mesa.
