Subcontractor shall provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials and equipment required to locate, excavate, and inspect two locations of the Big Hill Raw Water/Brine Site Piping Header. Inspections will be performed by Automated Ultrasonic Testing. All work will be done on Government property.
