Glosten Associates (Giosten) would utilize DOE and cost share funds to develop and publish a study to develop a conceptual design of a buoyant stabilized offshore turbine, using modeling and laboratory tests. This study would include information gathering, and reporting. Glosten would conduct laboratory tests at the existing TMT laboratory: Research Drive, Huntington Beach, California 92649.
