The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Xergy Inc. to develop novel composite proton exchange membrane (PEM) materials with improved physical and chemical properties, enabling enhanced performance as compared with current commercial membrane technologies. The proposed project would be carried out over two Budget Periods (BPs), with a Go/No-Go Decision Point in between each BP.
