This management letter, prepared by KPMG, LLP (our contract auditors), contained three new findings and seven recommendations that were issued during the course of the Department of Energy's Isotope Development and Production for Research and Applications Program's Fiscal Year 2009 Balance Sheet Audit. Management generally concurred with and provided planned corrective actions for most of the recommendations listed in the Management Letter. Management's comments are included in each finding.
