The Bureau of Land Management's Redding Field Office is proposing to construct 10.2 miles of non-motorized trail from the Sacramento River Trail to the Hornbeck Trail. The proposed trail would pass through approximately 3/4 of a mile of Western Area Power Administration property about 500 feet east of the Keswick Substation.
