Bonneville Power Administration proposes to conduct access road maintenance in the 38th mile of the Taft-Bell No. 1 Transmission Line. The access road is approximately 6,800 liner feet long and a 400 foot section of it has become impassable due to the installation of Kelly humps by the Forest Service.
