Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Washoe County proposes to install four 30 kilowatt solar photovoltaic systems on county buildings: Washoe County Administration Complex (two 30 kilowatt solar photovoltaic systems), the Washoe County Northwest Library, and a building located at 1155 East Ninth Street.
